We are in a fragmented industry that is early in development. We are at a stage and position to become the industry leader in online rental payments. Based on Ibisworld as of June 2014 there are 206,328 property management companies growing at 3.1% annually. The Rental Pay, Inc. has a solution in a technological world that is getting away from paper checks leaving us in line to change the future of rent collection for property management.

What The Rental Pay, Inc. has solved: -Cloud based online billing platform -no startup fees or setup fees -no monthly fees -recurring billing, credit and e-check payments. -A cost effective property management solution. -For small and large companies -Developer support. The support is done by the people who coded the site. This means that our turnaround time is far less than other companies. -weekly, monthly and yearly billing cycles -works on all platforms and devices -We will integrate into any software -Multiple property support; each property can be assigned to the landlord of that property so they only need to view the one property. -Payments can be made in less than 30 seconds

Earning potential: For seasoned business development professionals: -No cap on commission -Residual income -First years capability of monthly residual earnings should exceed $5500 monthly by the 12th month. -base commission in first year should be 36k plus the monthly residual. -Bonuses for each 500k that is processed through The Rental Pay, Inc. -By the end of the 3rd year residual monthly income can reach and exceed 16,500.
